Looking for the friends on Koninginnedag

I introduced Lacto and Milmil to some children on Koninginnedag.  I want to  get some reflect from children in this way.
They like Lacto and Milmil. but because the language, I must introduce Lacto and Milmil to their's parents and then the parents translate that to children. I am thinking a better way to introduction.
And another problem is some of parents don't like ask children  to take photo with Lacto and Milmil because they don't like me put children's photo on Facebook. So I must use mask on their face.

In one hand this situation make the research more difficult, in other hand it meets the theme of the Germs story on some point. How to get a friend when most of people don't trust you. How to take a first step in breaking down the walls of mistrust of each other. 
I hope my book can helps children to deal with the same problem in the future.
