Translation and Publishing projects

Recently I have been translating  the Germs book in to Chinese and looking for the publisher.
So I doing some research online and interview some illustrator and editor working in the publish house. they help me a lot and ask me to write a publishing plan for this project. 
I study how to writhe a publishing plan. I adjust the plan four times with different editors and it meets the research proposal at some point. so I think the GAS is really helps me to deal with this.
Also, I making a new plan for the whole germs project because the publisher interest in  germs world and it is better to create the series for it. And I am planing to make this series in to animation when  I come back China.
